The kitchen opens out to the back garden with a wall of windows with further seating. The cottage has a separate dining room with hand built table seating up to 14 people ideal for entertaining and special occasions. There is also a separate pantry with large fridge, separate freezer and dishwasher.
For larger groups there is also the option of using the log cabin just adjacent to the cottage. This is a self contained cabin with small kitchen, bathroom and sleeps a further 4 to 6 people. With french doors onto a small deck overlooking the secluded sitting area and BBQ area.
The cottage offers a lovely open plan kitchen/sitting room, with separate pantry with large fridge & separate freezer and dishwasher. The hand built country kitchen offers large range cooker and island opening out to the back of the property with lovely views across the back garden.

The local village of Aylburton which is a mile walk from the cottage, hosts two pubs that offer great food and atmosphere.
Chepstow is just a 10mins drive and offers a great night out with plenty of bars & restaurants. Mythos is both a bar & restaurant and offers dancing until late on a Saturday night or Bristol is just 35mins away.
The historic town of Monmouth is just a 20mins drive away and offers great shops, coffee bars, pubs and restaurants.
The cottage stands alone on the edge of a beautiful woodland and there are a host of beautiful walks just behind the cottage with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and River Severn.
For those looking for outdoor activities, there is a Go Ape just 15mins away, a cycling centre with trails just 15mins away and also canoeing and paddle boarding on the Wye River as well as the Beechenhurst Sculpture Trail.
